Karen is responsive, organized, and caring. She really listens and is willing to look for niche vendors/think outside of the box! She has systems in place for organization including an online portal and customized PowerPoint so you can get a real sense for how things are moving along and nothing "slips through the cracks." This is especially important as vendors continue to be in heavy demand post-covid and it can be difficult to get a return contact from anyone. You can absolutely put your mind at ease knowing that Karen will be on top of it. On the day of, Karen was there making sure things went smoothly and providing support in managing nerves.
